cNx suite is licensed on a per seat (computer) basis. Each computer system, will generate it’s own activation code and will need it’s own unique license file. Multiple users in your lab are free to use cNx suite on the same computer system, but if you need to run cNx suite on a second machine simultaneously, separate licenses will be required.

However, migration from an existing terminal to a new machine is easy. Simply install cNx suite to your new machine and deliver your new activation code by email. Your new terminal will be activated and your old terminal deactivated simultaneously.
